On the 190, best I can find is that it was used on a 190 F-8, currently a 5.0 plane (was tested on two F8s from what I can find.). I think though the biggest use it would be against would be bombers (and actually, seems like the Proximity fuse was tuned specifically for the B-17's engines from what I can find.)īut just what would it be launched from?
